"We all have different ways of living and our demanding society can play a heavy role on our mind & body. The goal of Yoga is to find equanimity in your life and maintain a healthy, active, undisturbed mind and attitude. When our mind & body are balanced, we are then reunited with our natural selves allowing us to maintain happiness rather than chase it."
Christina works with individuals both privately and in group sessions to provide a practice that is suitable for each individual's needs. She has dedicated her life to helping others and hopes to share her experience and knowledge of Yoga with you.
